Neo began with a contradiction.
Concrete is strong, but distant. Durable, yet cold. Our designers didn’t reject its nature. They studied it. Surface by surface, grain by grain, understanding where its strength comes from and where it resists comfort.
Hard lines. Cold surfaces. Unyielding forms. We saw the strength in it, but also the distance it creates. They looked closer, not to tame it, but to understand it.
The transformation was intentional. Concrete’s texture was kept dry and matte, allowing its honesty to remain.

Warmth was engineered into the palette.
Warm greys and muted browns replaced sharp contrast, transforming rigidity into balance. The surface still carries weight, but it no longer feels unwelcoming.
Through Granulo Naturale, subtle variations were introduced, gentle shifts in tone and texture that softened without erasing character.
Every plane, grain, and tonal transition was shaped with intention, holding concrete’s raw strength while easing it into human space.
